I just saw this today and couldn’t help but be amazed and somewhat bewildered. It’s fun though…  in a totally nerdy way.

Well, today is someone’s birthday…  but I forget who.  yikes.  how embarrasing.  

Anyway, I need to make a note to not go back and read old entries on here.  Granted, the one I read was the one I just posted yesterday (from Thursday) and I said some pretty shitty things.  I’m so forgetful on how other people are and I have no idea why I said some of those things.  I guess they’re just things that are on my mind every once in a while.  Nothing too bad and all, but me being in a pretty stressful mood the past couple weeks probably had something to do with it.

Right now I’m listeing to some of the recording of the Bluecoats show music.  I can’t wait to hear and see Ombra this summer.  That may very well be one of the most beautiful drum corps moments of all time in my opinion.   I know it’s still very early in the going of the season and all…   but they have such a great mello line that I know they’ll make some great music. 

Well, to catch everyone up a bit, not much of a productive weekend for me.  I had a few things to do that had me traveling around a lot.  I sat down with Danny and figured out I need to switch mouthpieces.  I guess being on my own the past couple years crippled my ears a bit.

Also, Sunday afternoon/evening we had a design meeting for Klein Forest.  I must say, it was a very productive meeting and it excites me that I just may be able to get the first 1/3 of the show done within the next month.  Score!!

Well, that’s about it for now.  I have lots to do and I don’t feel like killin’ my battery on more stuff here.  More later…

Hmm… it’s been a while since I actually wrote in this thing two days in a row.

I guess there’s not much to say except that I’m sitting here at Panera and just enjoying the break.  This has probably been one of the best spring breaks I’ve ever had because I’ve actually had time to do everything I needed to do.  I usually am good at managing my time in general, but if anyone saw my apartment or knew how long it had been since I actually practiced this much when I have free time, you’d understand.

So, besides the same ol’ stuff I did this week, I just made the change from internet explorer to this new Firefox thing-a-ma-jiggy.  This thing is pretty cool, but very different.  I have to play around with the settings/options and see what it’s got.  The only issue I have right now is it keeps “timing out” on me when I load a site.  IE never did that to me.   Maybe it’s just the connection??  agh..  whatev’!

So, Easter in a week…  gettin’ some $.  Maybe I’ll be able to make rent this month?  ugh!  stressful situation there.   I keep thinking to myself and wonder what I might have done had I not gone back to school this semester.  I had to fork over SO much money just for a semester of classes when I knew it was gonna get to a point where I’m completely broke and have to sell off all my DVD’s or something just to get enough cash to pay for stuff like bills and rent.   I think it’ll be okay but I wish I didn’t have to pay out of state tuition…    I love being in school but I hate the fact I had to pay out of my pocket for EVERYTHING and it was too late in the game to get any kind of financial aid.

Anyway, we’ll have to wait and see what happens.  Maybe I’ll be walking around campus next week and the money-growing tree will drop a few hundred dollars on the ground for me to claim.     One can only hope.

So, I’m drinking this new tea they have here…  decaf, of course…   and I made one slight mistake….   put in too many sugars.  yikes!   I’m gonna be up until 5 am with a sugar high.   haha.

Nothing much else to say.  I feel like I’m writing kinda lame entries lately.  I haven’t really taken the time to write stuff that’s really on my mind and all that.  Seems I lost the passion to do that.   That’s kinda why I started this in the first place…   more to tell what’s on my mind rather than the mix-up I had with FedEx today.

…oh yeah…   a little mix-up with FedEx today.  Thought they charged me an extra $60 for my packages I sent the other day, but turns out they are just normal precautionary charges that are just their way of being sure the credit card is valid, etc.  whatever…  too much pointless detail to explain any more than that.

All in all, I’m not as poor as I thought I was.   Just at an 87 octaine instead of 89 budget for the time being.    (if you drive as far as I do everyday, 89 really makes a difference).
